 Dear Guests,
I am excited for you to be staying at Sea La Vie. I want to do everything possible to make this a vacation full of fun and beautiful memories so please do not hesitate to let me know how I can help and please contact me immediately with questions and concerns regarding safety and/or maintenance or just to ask a question about the area.
A few things you will need to know are:
Your entry code and entry instructions and wifi code will be emailed to you prior to arrival.
Trash is picked up on Monday and Wednesday so please put cans out the nights before.  Put them to the curb in the center area between driveway.
Pool and landscaping maintenance is on Wednesday and Saturday, typically around noon, taking less than an hour.

Below you will find arrival and departure procedures, as well as  recommendations of a few nearby local shops and restaurants.
Again please be familiar with the policies, House Rules, and all Instructions and provide access to them to all guests in your party.  Failure to adhere to any to them or to misrepresent your group composition and purpose of stay can result tin immediate eviction and loss of your security deposit and all other payments. Sorry for all the rules but these rules are for your safety and to maintain the property in excellent condition for future guests.  If you are not a rule breaker, they don't apply to you.
Sincerely,

Sara M Sulier

LOCAL SHOPS and RESTAURANTS

SHOPS IN THE AREA:
GROCERY - Kroger, 2939 HWY 17, Murrells Inlet SC 29576, is very close.  Turn left from the driveway, go to end of street and turn right on Waccamaw Dr, go to Pier and turn right on Atlantic Ave and just before you get to HWY 17 turn left into the Kroger parking lot.
GROCERY - BiLo Grocery, 4430 HWY 17, Murrells Inlet 29576, is also close. Turn right out of driveway on Seabreeze, go the end of the street and turn right on Hwy 17 and make a left a block later into the parking lot.
DRUG STORE - Walgreens Drug Store, same directions as Kroger, but continue across HWY 17 after you pass Kroger.
VARIETY - Walmart, 545 Garden City Connection is off of HWY 17. Go right from driveway on Seabreeze to end of street and go left on HWY 17 and take a right on Garden City Connection a few block on the right and take immediate left into parking lot.
There are several very good seafood shops in the Murrells Inlet area for those who enjoy cooking.
GIFT - Beach Billy’s is right from the driveway onto Seabreeze and at the corner of Seabreeze and  HWY 17.  They have a small selection of beachwear and souvenirs.

RESTAURANTS IN THE AREA:
Murrells Inlet Marsh Walk (follow on FaceBook)  is 15 minutes to the best restaurants, Creek Ratz (recommend hamburgers and fries), Dead Dog Saloon, The Claw House, Bovine’s,  and more…many with live entertainment nightly.  While they are all good for lunch and/or casual dinner, my personal favorite, Wicked Tuna, 4123 US-17 Business, Murrells Inlet 29576,   provides excellent sea food and dining overlooking the marsh. They have their own fishing boat and catch daily during season.  My second personal favorite for casual lunch and/or dinner is Conch Café, 1870 N Waccamaw Dr, Surfside SC 29575, located on the beach with both indoor and outdoor ocean side dining. Take a left out of the driveway, left on Waccamaw and it is a short distance down the street on the right.  Another favorite for lunch and/or dinner with a very pleasant atmosphere is Salt Water Creek on Hwy 17 between Murrells Inlet and Pawleys Island. Sarah Js, 314 Atlantic Ave, Murrells Inlet 29576,  has good food and outdoor dining at marsh edge, again very close, on the way to Kroger on the right after you cross the marsh bridge.
